"Drop Ship" delivery is direct from the vendor's factory to you. Item will arrive in a carton. The truck line will off load from their truck, but will not uncarton, set in place, haul away trash, or bring item to a door above 1st floor.
“Will Call” – product will be uncartoned, inspected, and trash discarded at our Fremont warehouse. Item will brought out to you, but you will need to load item into your vehicle.
"White Glove Delivery" includes inside delivery to room of your choice, any assembly required, product wiped down and cleaned, and all trash removed from your site and taken away.
